TA Elite Performance follows a comprehensive, customizable and evolving coaching and performance building methodology. TA Elite Performance focuses on the individual. Coaching is more than just for athletic performances. It is about how we become stronger and more resilient human beings through the process and enrich our lives.
Phase 1: Assess
Your coach will take time to get to know who you are and what makes you tick while working with you to gather a background of your athletics, your goals, and your “why”. In order to build a training program that fits you, your coach will administer fitness assessments to get a baseline of where you are as an athlete today.
Phase 2: Develop
With an understanding of what baseline looks like and what your goals are, your coach will build a fully customized training plan that fit your short term and long term goals. Your coach will be available regularly to connect, talk about wins and challenges, and assist in keeping you motivated to push yourself to the next level.
Phase 3: Elevate
As you develop your skills and fitness in your discipline, your coach will continually adjust your ongoing training plan to continue to elevate your performance in future events over time. The focus will be on achieving peak performance while avoiding injury, and helping you as an athlete to maintain fitness and peak at just the right time. Most importantly, your coach will help you to grow your love for the work you put in and the sport you are focused on.
